SPR# GFLY68XN2J - N/D 6.0 improvements to the Java backend class DateTime "toJavaDate" method unintentionally changed R5 behavior in cases where the DateTime object was created with time-only (no date component). This has been fixed to revert to the R5 behavior, i.e. the return value from the "toJavaDate" method is a Java date in local time. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
